As expected, Finistere has not announced any of the details of the new fund, due to restrictions placed upon venture capital fundraising efforts by the SEC. According to Bird, the additional funding was an extension to its Series D funding round, bringing that round total to $350M, with funding from Target Global, Team Europe, Idinvest Partners, and Signals VC.
