The rocket factory is expected to be up and running in as little as 90 days, according to the report. SpaceX had been building a prototype of the next generation rocket in Boca Chica, Texas. The lawsuit--which had been filed in 2016--had alleged that Broadcom's wireless chips infringed on the university's patents. Those chips are widely used in Apple's iPhones. Both Broadcom and Apple have said they will appeal the verdict.
