Xencor said it sold the rights to its antibody for $5 million in cash and $5 million in equity. Xencor also said the deal is worth up to another $385M based on clinical development, regulatory, and commercialization milestones. The funding came from prior investor Crosscut Ventures. Retina develops customer lifetime value software which companies used to determine how much their customers are worth to them, helping them to optimize their cost-per-acquisition.
