According to Iteris, the company's products will be used for a smart mobility initiative. Round Rock is the city where Dell Computer is headquartered. Bird had only just acquired Circ in January, shortly before the world was hobbled by the pandemic. According to those reports, as many as 10,000 of Circ's scooters have been sent for recycling, and around 100 employees laid off.
