Accrding to ViaSat, the deal is worth aproximately $222M, and was an all-stock deal. RigNet was based in Houston, Texas. Viasat said the deal will help accelerate its efforts to bring broadband connectivity and communications to "hardest-to-reach locations around the globe. Completes 250MW Wind Farm In Texas* <https://www.socaltech.com/fullstory/0080735.html> Renewable energy developer BayWa r.e., which has its US headquarters in Carlsbad, says it has completed construction of a 250 MW wind farm in Texas. According to the company, its Amadeus Wind project in Texas is located northwest of Abilen in Rotan, and has begun selling power into the grid. The new wind project is expected to supply enough energy to power more than 74,800 homes annually, and is its largest wind project completed to date. Apple said that the closures are "Due to current COVID-19 conditions in some of the communities we serve, and also said it took the steps "with an abundance of caution", and is closely monitoring the situation. The company also has closed stores in half a dozen other states. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. According to ChefsFeed, it will work together with Tastemade to expand more of the livestreamed classes, chef documentaries, recipes, and more.
