According to Verizon and Apollo Global Management, Apollo will pay $5 billion for Verizon Media, which will be renamed Yahoo as a result of the deal. According to the company, the deal at the iconic New York City location will cover 22 acres in Manhattan, offering up a new, Wi-Fi 6 network for daily visitors, business operations, and tenants. The company said its 20MW "Energos Reno" project will be based in the Victory Logistics District development in Northern Nevada.
