Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Visiture serves the Atlanta and Charleston areas. According to Wpromote the buy will help it establish a larger footprint in the Southeast. The Series B funding was led by Asahi Kasei Corporation and Paris Ventures, the corporate venture capital program of Brazilian steel producer Gerdau, and also included Amazon Alexa Fund, Ferguson Ventures, and Obvious Ventures.
