The two said they will pay $37.00 per share in cash for Veoneer, giving the transaction a total equity value of $4.5 billion. The deal calls for Stamps.com stockholders to receive $330.00 per shar in cash for each share of Stamps.com common stock they own. The company said the acquisition is expected to close this week.
