The company says the funding came from Creadev, along with Proof Ventures and B. Riley Financial. The company has now raised $20M in total. The company is expected to start trading today on the New York Stock Exchange as SONX. The IPO was underwritten by BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co.
