According to Thoma Bravo, the deal was worth approximately $2 billion in cash. The go-private deal was originally announced on June 28th. Thoma Bravo is paying $87.50 per share of QAD stock to shareholders, with the deal pulling QAD off the Nasdaq. The company continues to be led by CEO Anton Chilton.
