Coco is says the expansion is the first as it starts to expand nationwide, with Dallas, Houston, and Miami as targets for expansion in the next few months. Coco launched in 2021, delivering food and beverages in Los Angeles. Coco's co-founder and CEO is Zach Rash. Coco said it recently raised a Series A funding round of $56 million. The company said the new fund will go towards investments in fintech, insurtech, proptech, robotics and automation, and what it calls "frontier technologies". The company said the funding came from Anthemis Group and CMFG Ventures. According to Happy Money, the funding gives it a pre-money valuation of $1.1 Billion.
