According to the company, it plans to combine with Tiga Acquisition Corp., which trades on the NYSE as TINV. The company said the deal includes $284M from Tiga Acquisition Corp., and $1.6 billion in rollover equity, giving the combined company a post-transaction enterprise value of $2.1 billion.
