The funding was led by WestCap, and also included Mubadala Capital and Streamlined Ventures. The company said the funding vives it a valuation of $500M. Flip has raised $95M so far, for what it calls a platform which combines a "TikTok-like discovery experience with a premium e-commerce service". Noor Agha is Founder and CEO of Flip. According to Zefr, Adverif.ai's "fact-checking engine" integrates with over 50 fact-checking organizations around the world to train dynamic machine learning algorithms to identify, label, and measure misinformation at rapid speed. The company said that the plant-based nylon is being evaluated for use in yarns for textile and carpet and engineering plastics.
