The SEC said that Kardashian failed to disclose that she was paid $250,000 to publish the post on her Instagram account for touting EMAX tokens, the crypto assets offered by EthereumMax. The SEC order ordered her to pay $1.26 million in penalties, disgorgement, and interest. Financial details of the win were not announced. According to Millenium Space Systems, the goal of that program are to place a satellite and launch vehicle together, launched, and placed into Low-Earth orbit within 24 hours. Viasat's Link 16 Tactical Data Link business provides a standard system for the US military and others to transmit and exchange real time data. According to Viasat, its Link 16 TDL business had approximately $400M in revenues and estimated $125M in Adjusted EBITDA for 12 months ended June 30, 2022.
