The two said that are "cooperating fully with the DOJ in order to facilitate its review." The companies announced the $1.2 billion acquisition deal in August. The companies said it already has received approvals from the UK and the US on their merger efforts, although the companies are still working through reviews. The deal is worth $7.3 billion.
