The funding was led by Keyframe Capital, and also included ArcTern Ventures, Moderne Ventures, Ramez Naan, plus Nexus Labs, Wind Ventures, and Alpaca VC. The lawsuit claims that Twitter ignored California's "WARN" law in eliminating around 3,700 jobs -- 50 percent of the company's workforce -- today. The WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act) requires large companies to provide at least 60 days of advance notice of layoffs.
