will "no longer pursue" the Memorandum of Understanding with Mercedes-Benz,
where it would co-produce electric vans in Europe with Mercedes-Benz. (

Los Angeles-based conversational artificial intelligence (AI) software
developer MeetKai said this morning that it has partnered with the Los
Angeles Chargers. According to the company, it has become the "Official AI
partner" of the Chargers. Financial details of the deal were not announced.
According to MeetKai, it will be developing an "AI-based locker room tour"
plus will have its logo at the Chargers' home and away media backdrops.

*Company Plans Offshore Wind Farm Off Central Coast*

A wind energy development company, based in Chicago, said it has secured an
offshore wind lease off of the Central California Coast. According to
*Invenergy
California Offshore LLC*, it has secured a lease for 80,418 acres of seabed
for operating an offshore wind development. THe bid was worth $145.3M. The
auction was run by the U.S. Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM).
Invenergy did not say when it plans to start work on that offshore wind

*FTC Files Suit To Block Microsoft's Activision Blizzard Buy*

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) said on Thursday that it is looking to
block the acquisition of Santa Monica-based Activision Blizzard by
Microsoft Corp., saying the buy will "harm competition in high-performance
gaming consoles and subscription services". According to the FTC, the $69
billion deal will "enable Microsoft to suppress competitors to its Xbox
gaming consoles and its rapidly growing subscription content and

Thousand Oaks-based Dantari has raised $47M in its Series A funding, saying
that it has launched a new, clinical-stage biotechnology company developing
targeted therapeutics for the treatment of cancers and other diseases. The
company said the funding was led by Westlake Village BioPartners and
included participation from Corner Ventures, Alexandria Venture

today that it has named Ben Dietz as the company's Chief Strategy Officer.
Dietz was previously at VICE Media Group, and also co-founded agency

Wednesday that it is opening up new offices in Irvine, which includes
31,700 square feet, and will house up to 235 local employees. The company

<https://ad.net>* announced on Wednesday morning that it has acquired
*IntentX*. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced.
According to Ad.net, IntentX's publishing partners include Accuweather,
DailyMail, Fandom, and PCWorld. IntentX was founded in 2019 by Mom Chan and
