Mike,

I sail to Santa Cruz Island (and Catalina a lot more) quite a bit. I
personally can't imagine any good location that would be worthwhile
the effort to have an AP. I would guess Prisoners would be the most
feasible. Based on all the canyons on the island and how far in them
private boaters go, I wouldn't expect anyone could connect. Then you
throw in the added expense of getting there to do any maintenance, in
my opinion, it would not be worth it.

Now, the Isthmus (since The Blue House Network is no longer available)
would be much more feasible. I know Broadband On Board tried making it
work, but they never installed any hardware.

Send me an email if you want to discuss it any more.

Hi Brian:

I run the iDockUSA marina networks throughout most California Harbors. I
have been interested in broadcast points on Santa Cruz Island. If you can
help me with this I can certainly get your cameras working for you. Give me
a call if you are interested.

Mike Taylor
