I personally use a Verizon EVDO card. The card was free after rebate for a
2-year contract. Monthly is about $60 per month.

I think Sprint has a similar plan. Both seem to have comparable coverage and
speed in metro LA.

Re: Help Recommendation Needed for Wireless Broadband

Can someone help me with a recommendation please?
I need wireless broadband options to consider.

1. What service provider (carrier) is good? (cheap rate, free wireless card,
reception, etc...)
(Sprint?, or AT&T/Cinguler, or Verizon, etc.)

2. Any plans, that offer a free wireless card w a 2 yr plan?

3. I'm not interested in Wi-Fi. I had T-Mobile that allowed me to work at
Kinkos and Starbucks. But I need to be able to work anywhere that has a
desk.

Thanks in advance.
