On 20 November, I placed an order at
http://www.pasadena.net/ for a Yagi antenna and a
cable. My credit card was immediately charged for
$97.37. On 27 October and 3 November I sent e-mails to
the contact e-mail on the web-page,
[EMAIL PROTECTED], asking about the delay in
receiving my order (I live in LA, so shipping time
should be negligible). I received no response to these
e-mails. I called the phone number on the web-page,
310-967-8175, and no one picked up.

I have now waited almost one month since my credit
card was charged, and I would have expected a
reputable business to offer some communication and
explanation for the delay. Needless to say, I am
concerned that something is seriously amiss here.

If the silence continues much longer, my next steps
will be a negative report to the Better Business
Bureau and beginning the process of reversing the
charge to my credit card.
