No, I haven't.  The only ways for your name to get into my email address list would be if I clicked on one of your posts & added your name to the list or you emailed me, directly, and Netscape mail added it.  I don't remember either happening.  I had deleted you earlier, but Netscape mail just added you.  I'll delete you, again.
