In Windows, the only software that I know about that will do this is commercial software such as Airmagnet and the various sniffers.
If you can run Linux, Kismet (http://www.kismetwireless.net) will do this very well. Kismet will also find the Karlnet Turbocell networks and 802.11b,g bridges that don't show in Netstumbler. I did this around two years ago to demonstrate the differences between Netstumbler and Kismet: http://www2.lpbn.org:8080/ramgen/UNWIRED061302h.rm?usehostname Frank Keeney ---------------------------------- Wireless Antennas, Cables and Equipment: http://www.wlanparts.com Hotspot Search and Wireless News: http://www.pasadena.net/wifi/ -----Original Message----- From: Jimbo Lee Still it doesn't have the feature I'm lookin' to uncloak the hidden SSID's.
