NANP was the 2001 initiative to "set standards and operate NANs and
inter-NAN networks and mobile to NAN communications" founded by Saul
Roe and myself.  It was supplanted by the more widely based SOCALWUG.

Its main manifestation was a mailing list.  It never had a specific
street address or "nearest cross streets".
