For 2m/440 operation, there are some disguise antennas that fit over roof
vent pipes called the "ventenna". You'll find these in the HRO (Ham Radio
Outlet) catalog.

For HF, disguise has become quite an art form. I've heard of flag poles,
awnings and other patio items as antennas in disguise. I heard that a slinky
strung through an attic connected to a tuner is also an effective HF
antenna.
