Hello Kaveh, I would gladly loan you an extra GPS and Orinoco card I have. But there is only one problem, I live in Phoenix AZ. And I am heading to Utah for a RC Soaring event. Sorry...
What GPS are you looking at getting? Have you tried a sporting goods store like REI? REI also has a 30 day refund. Just to let you know, I got tired of all the cables connection to the laptop. power, antenna cable, gps power, etc... So decided to go with the Blackbox GPS from http://www.deluoelectronics.com/. I wired it in my trunk with the puck antenna in the rear window. Now I have GPS for my Palm and iBook and any other device that has bluetooth. Works Great! Bluetooth is the way to go for GPS wardriving. Do a google on "bluetooth GPS" and you find plenty of devices. Palmone even has a GPS Device that works with bluetooth. Hopefully someone closer to you will loan you the equipment before the trip.
