Nice list and nice job. One category of technologies/definitions I would add include some of the following terms which are thrown about with some level of confusion by different vendors:
Access Point gateway Adapter Bridge Workplace bridges transparent bridge wireless ethernet bridge pt to pt bridge pt to multipoint bridge repeater extendor
Some of these (especially bridges) would require a diagram to fully explain. However, I think all these would be well worth it to help eliminate some of the confusion.
