I had that problem, too. Also, a lot of times I come up to a decision point with less than 6 minutes until I need to decide.
So, barring my usual CDMA1xRTT connection on a laptop (that I scandalously have turned off sometimes) I use Sirius Satellite radio which broadcasts traffic reports for LA every 3 minutes. Even so, radio tends not to give details on my EXACT route everytime I drive while a handheld device like this one: does. Except that it skips the SF valley and Canyon Country. Oh well. -Mike -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Humphrey Cheung Sent: Wednesday, September 29, 2004 2:46 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: RE: [SOCALWUG] Finally! Traffic Guage The problem I have with the radio (980 and 1070) is that they don't update fast enough. There really should be a station that only does continous traffic reporting.
