I have a WAP54G and WRT54G .. As far as I know, the WAP is only an Ethernet-to-wireless "bridge"; it doesn't have any of the brains you would want in a DSL router such as NAT, DHCP, etc. I'm not sure about this since I have barely taken my wap54g out of the box, but it would certainly explain why it seems that only one person can be online at a time. It might be possible to run a different firmware that will give you more functionality, but for people that are not that computer-savvy I would definitely recommend taking it back to the store and exchanging it for the wrt54g or some other box that is designed to be a DSL router. If you really want to hack the firmware, the sveasoft version [1] is more consumer-oriented than OpenWRT [2]. M.D. [1] http://www.sveasoft.com [2] http://www.openwrt.org -- Michael A.
