[SOCALWUG] LA programming files for Uniden BC296D

Howdy, my wife and my cousin bought me a wonderful Uniden BC296D scanner for
Christmas.

I am looking for a copy of the LA frequencies in a Programming File that I
can upload into it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
