Despite time constraints, I'd like to close the long-delayed chapter of SOCI 3.2.3 within next 1-2 weeks. I realise there is number of pull requests with fixes that are safe to apply into SOCI 3.2.x line, so let's make a list. I need your hand with some quick reviews to build a list of candidates for release 3.2.3.
