I tested that case with simple database where it can be opened with FlameRobin
and functioning properly but compiler still produces the error at run time
I'll appreciate your help.

Subject: Re: [soci-devel] How to run Minimalistic example for Sochi in C++

First of all thank you in advance,
I don't have that file "usr/lib/llibfbstatic.a" on my Firebird folder if that
means that I have to go through building firebird from scratch that really
scares me.
Anyway I set the -lfbclient in the linker options and added the Firebird/bin
folder to "linker search path". Now it compiles but produces the following
error, is it related that *.fdb in question can not be opened or any other
serious malfunctining?.
Cannot open file:
../../../../src/gcc-4.7.1/libgcc/../libgcc/config/i386/shmem-win32.c
Regards,
