Hi VZ- I have soci working in Ultimate ++ IDE using clang and MSC compiler and tools.
I stopped using the command line because I couldn't see what was going on all the time e.g. no code completion etc. I am glad I stuck with it because I wanted to have one DB environment across all tools and environments like freepascal c++ etc. Thanks for being so patient. It is the tools that get me. I haven't been practicing on Ultimate++ recently and I don't know MSVC. The cmake went kind of fast. I did get it down to 0 errors and passed all tests too. I can't wait to check it out. Have a cool rest of the weekend, JM
