Looks OK to me - I understand that the automatic updates are not the actual news here and it would be great to find ways to explain the importance of the change to JSON more clearly, e.g. using Siebrand's comment "probably the largest patch set for MediaWiki ever" ( http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/wikitech-l/2014-April/075587.html ), but that's not contained in the blog post itself, and otherwise I don't see a good option to do that in 140c. Post away ;)
