Thanks for this. We've had these requests in the past (
http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/social-media/2014-July/000667.html)
and we're still trying to figure out a viable way to promote this sort of
content without completely ignoring English language followers. In the past
we've proposed providing a quick summary illustrating what the tweet is
about (https://twitter.com/Wikimedia/status/467156246051975168) - I think
that's one of the best options we have at the moment. In any-case, We'll go
ahead and re-tweet this from @Wikimedia and share it through Facebook
through a targeted (Spanish language) post.
