That's a relatively large download (1.7) for people that may not be on wifi. Or 
maybe you expect them to be on wifi. Anyway, personally I think we should link 
to a web version if possible. (not just for size) Is PDF the only option?

Did you intend to have 2 links there? Looks like a second link started but was 
truncated?
