Because the foreign policy article was primarily about the activities of
NYC Wikimedians, and I thought maintaining a consistent channel as the
@wikimedia account would be best; however, I can see how why @wikipedia
being the primary avenue would be better, or how tweeting from both without
the use RTs.

Of course, I would also like to feature Foreign policy article on FB/g+ and
will be sending that out very soon.
