At Tilman’s request, we just changed the URL to conform with the standard 
format he’s using on Meta:

https://blog.wikimedia.org/2015/02/17/wikimedia-highlights-january-2015/ 
<https://blog.wikimedia.org/2015/02/17/wikimedia-highlights-january-2015/>

Please use this new URL instead of the previous one.

This standardized URL format makes it easier to translate the highlights on 
Meta.

We will update the blog admin documentation to make it clear that’s a 
requirement for these highlights.
