In Juliet and I's 1v1, we discussed setting up a page where Wikimedians
could propose content and social messages that we could then post on our
feeds.

So, for example, if I wrote yet another article on a battleship, I could
come up with an unusual fact and propose that we feature it on @Wikipedia,
etc.

Thoughts?
