I've had a dream since I was in comms about creating an extension that would
not only let us accept tweet suggestions but also let us give a user right out
for people (community members and staff) to tweet through the wiki in a logged
fashion without having to know the password.

This isn't a crazy difficult extension (as in I could write it) but always
required either A. Me to have time, B. Tech resources or C. Someone else to get
excited and do it. A suffers from the traditional "sometime between '48 hours
of non stop work' starting tonight and 'eventually when I find the time....'
Timeline that my side projects have given work requirements/other priorities, B
has always been tough and C .. Honestly I don't think we pushed it enough to
fully test C out.
