Thanks all! My concern with the more specific version is that the average
user might not know what those features mean without further explanation.
With product descriptions we should use simple, clear language as much as
possible. Also it would be good to make it clear up front that this is for
Android only.

What about something like:

Are you an Android user? Check out the updated Wikipedia app for
Android--now with improved article browsing and language selection!
