LGTM.

Slight wonder if we should clarify "type" of app development (or TM guidelines 
obviously don't help the random twitter app much etc)... Not sure if necessary 
but idea:

Our new trademark guidelines make app development with Wikimedia content easier 
than ever

If tweeting from @Wikipedia could also use Wikipedia instead (an from 
@wikicommons could use Wikimedia Commons or Commons content since it's 
mentioned in the policy specifically)
