I've looked at about 2,500 comments from the past two Sundays' discussion posts, which yielded roughly 31,000 comments. The general social media etiquette for brand managers, in my experience, would be reply to the comment we're interested in following up on, and ask the Facebook fan if we can use it off-platform and publicly.
