Yes, that is one of the nice "builtin" features. I know there is a Windows add-on to do a similar trick, but few Windows users I know know about it or use it. I find I cannot put everything I need in one desktop. :-) Gnome still needs to add some more GUI tools for administration, especially for MIME configuration. That is one area I have had to do some research to configure correctly. It is all a bit too magical and not that well documented. > Harald and Smoot: Thanks. I switched to Evo about 8 months ago. It does work well, but it does have its own share of quirks and glitches, but it gets constantly improved. I switched principally because of the Exchange connector support. I have clients which use Exchange, so I need it for work. It also helped when Novell released the connector to Open Source. I don't read ng's so I do not have that problem.
