So, you've tried that one, too? My mom is using it quite happily, 
except her ISP is not so Linux friendly. She's proof that if someone 
hasn't extensively used a GUI before and they can live without 
Photoshop, Linux is as easy (or easier!) to learn and use as a 
desktop as anything else out there.
