Well yeah, that too. Hey, did you know that accordin to legend, Romulus and Remus each saw an omen (I forget what it was, something to do with birds). Remus' was better, so Romulus killed him. :-)
In the Original series the Klingons weren't fleshed out much. They were just the bad guys...

I loved that episode. Keep in mind that was also meant to be entertaining. The thing about killing the gods.
Now the ultimate communists would have to be the Borg collective. "Resistance is futile. Your biological and technological uniqueness will be assimilated. We are the Borg."
They were also compared to Nazis (Vogayer). But I agree that they fit better as communists.
When Klingons kill someone they tend to stay dead!
Well, in Christianity resurrection is not a common event. I can only think of a few instances off the top of my head.
