After spend most of my waking hours this last week and a half deep-
diving registries and applying patches to fend off a new crop of crapware that slowed 2 computers here to pre XT speeds, MS announces 8 new patches! Mother of God!
The office loves the "ease of use" factor thing, and so do I, but this past week and a half have so soured me on Microsoft I'd reformat every drive in the place IF we weren't tied to QuickBooks because of the CPA we use. <sigh!>

Consider trying Win4Lin.
Do /all/ of your computers require QuickBooks? Consider migrating the ones that don't. Sure, it's not as good as a complete migration. But at least it'll reduce the number of hard drives you have to format every week.
