Well, "Dominion" hardly implies God. This is the first time I hear this. I first thought that it was just a Canadian dominion, and I later heard someone say it was a British dominion.
Diversity is good as long as it doesnot diversify anyone out.
Up to a point. A society has to draw a line somewhere. For example, I certainly want to diversify out any canibals, or any religion that includes human sacrifice. Closer to the modern world, some Muslim practices (e.g. female genital mutilation ("circumcision")) are certainly illegal in Canada probably violate the universal declaration of rights. Many practices of Scientology (US-based cult) are similarly illegal. And though I realize I'm revealing my personal ethical system when I say this, I am glad those practices are illegal, and I think they should be.

Exactly.
