A bit late to the introductions party. I'm Itay, currently finishing
my Computer Science and Economics degrees at Brown University in the
US. Unfortunately, I don't have a distinguished list of
accomplishments to my name. I have been working a bit with
Massimiliano on SamePlace and xmpp4moz to allow for application
sharing through PubSub rather than regular messages, to make it more
extensible and robust. The prototype worked rather well.
My main interest is how to use Pubsub instead of RSS in order to allow
more conversational (i.e. social) interactions, but anything to do
with social and leveraging XMPP is of interest to me.
My main JID is [EMAIL PROTECTED], but since that is a Google for your
Domain thing, it sometimes doesn't work. You can also find me at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
