With the automated facility and payment structure of the future (and in some places 
the present), the time lag is closing between production and payment.  Of course, when 
firms resort to using Asian facilities in lieu of automation, all the benefits we talk 
about go away - especially since those societies are not exactly free, especially for 
the peasant class.
