ಕಾನೂನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ದುಡಿಮೆಗೂ ಮೌಲ್ಯ ನಿಗದಿ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಅಲ್ಲವೇ. ಅದು ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕವಾಗಿ ನಿಗದಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು( ಆ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ) . ಕಾನೂನು ಅಂದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವಂತಹದ್ದು. ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಕಾನೂನಿನಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶೋಷಣೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಸರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆಯೇ.
